Ride of your Life is a documentary film about second chances and the heroes that make them possible. By following liver transplant recipient and Olympic Snowboarding Medalist Chris Klug in his adventures on the Snowboard World Cup Tour the past year Ride of your Life demonstrates that transplants work and are now mainstream medicine. In a fun and entertaining way the film provides a backstage pass to life on the circuit, while delivering a powerful message of how to face the biggest races head on. Ride of your Life provides a rare glimpse into what it’s like to wait for the gift of life not knowing what lies ahead. Almost 100000 people today await a life-saving solid organ transplant across the USA. Sadly seventeen die daily while waiting. The stories of transplant candidates Sonya Byrd and Hannah Townsend unfold before the camera as their stories intertwine with Chris’s. Chris shares his transplant experiences and support with each as they prepare for the biggest race of their lives.
