The lifts are closed at Aspen/Snowmass, but the riding is still so good. I commemorated my Colorado Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame Election yesterday by riding powder on Aspen Mountain with my friends Bubba and Eric. Check out the short on-board piece thanks to GoPro from yesterday’s freeriding session on Ridge of Bell, Bear Paw, Scarlet’s, and Jackpot. There’s still so much snow up there; I can’t believe it’s almost May. The mountaineering and freeriding is going to be awesome the next month.
