Back from New Zealand

New Zealand camp ruled. Got my boards and my body dialed for this winter. It was a lot of fun and good training. I’m pumped for this winter. After camp on the South Island I traveled north to surf and kite for a week and recover after two plus weeks on snow. I surfed the East and West Coasts of New Zealand. It’s such a beautiful country. I met so many cool people and caught some rad waves. It’s one of my favorite places. The black sand beaches of the West Coast are so cool. A few days the wind blew too hard to surf, so I kited. The water was a lot warmer than on the South Island.
I’m back in Oregon this week. Missy and I celebrated our second wedding anniversary last night at Suttle Lake Lodge. Hard to believe it has already been two years. I am headed to Portland, OR Friday for a wakeboard and donor awareness event at Willamette Park sponsored by CKF and Wakeboard Northwest. Come join us if you’re in the area. The details can be found at www.chrisklugfoundation.org. I return home to Aspen early next week for a week before heading to Europe for our indoor PSL World Cup Opener in Landgraaf, Netherlands. Thanks for stopping in,
CK
