Decision from Yesterday

We received the decision today from yesterday’s hearing on whether I’d be named to the 2006 Olympic team. The arbitrator upheld USSA’s nomination of Tyler Jewell as the sole representative for the U.S. in PGS. I disagreed with USSA’s application of the qualifying criteria and wanted a fair hearing on the matter, which I received. I respect the arbitrator’s decision and I sincerely wish Tyler and the entire US Olympic team all the luck in the world in Torino. GO USA!I’ll be enjoying the X-Games at home in Aspen this weekend, cheering on my friends and teammates. I’m looking forward to riding powder in the weeks ahead here in Aspen and preparing for a strong finish to the season in the World Cup races following the Games. Talk to ya soon!CK
