Kiteboarding OBX

I had a sick kiteboarding and surf trip at the Outer Banks, NC. It was so much fun being back in the water and on my board again. The wind blew hard while we were there which made for great conditions on the ocean and sound. I did some fun long down-winder’ers on my surfboard. We even got some good swell and were able to surf each morning. It took a few days to get my sea legs back, but I got back up to speed again. We had a great group of friends from the ski/snowboard industry all enjoying a break from winter together.

Last Thursday I spoke in Cleveland, Ohio at LifeBanc’s Legacy of Life Luncheon, sharing my transplant story with about three hundred local business leaders and transplant community members. Check out the story at ABC News Channel 5 Cleveland.

Friday I returned home to Aspen to winter. After a day of enduring the snow, we decided to jump in the car with our bikes and return to the desert. We had an epic weekend of riding. Enjoy your spring! Thanks for checkin’ in.
